We also saw several of these lovely evening primroses. When we returned to the porch, we found this photo of a juvenile Red-tailed Hawk on the table. Steve, did you leave it there? If so, we’re sorry we missed you!

18 Oaks

Yesterday three of us walked around 18 Oaks. Highlights included a beaver skull, a nice view of a male Summer Tanager, Broad-winged and Red-shouldered Hawks, Painted and Indigo Buntings, many wildflowers, and geodes.
